Do not rush to respond to the tender, Roskomnadzor has already delegated this order to the Main Radio Frequency Center (GRChTs), which is subordinate to RKN. Based on the terms of reference, the video should reflect the main idea - "the capabilities of Roskomnadzor to protect the communication network and data regardless of the geopolitical situation outside the Russian Federation." Duration - at least 240 seconds; animation and voice-over are required, which "in emotional tone should vary from calm to action." The deadline is December 20 of this year.
