Get a state cc from a good cc site and make sure you buy bins that can charge from $1000 upwards......Call Apple to place order and do everything to cc details as pick up order in store....When order is ready find a picker that can do ID to go pick it up for you or if you have someone who can do ID do it to their state....I tried and it work last week.
