I'm not discounting you're request, however from extreme experience with privately made malware. Most of your logs from any Stealer isn't going to be private.
The best approach is to pay for a private stealer, spreading pages with hosting and someone who can provide proper SEO to your pages so that you get consistent and private logs.
If these practices aren't followed, you won't get anything that isn't on some blokes panel.
