Philosopher, political scientist and sociologist Alexander Dugin proposed to give Russians access to the Internet in portion and “for good behavior”. He stated this in an interview with journalist Ksenia Sobchak, published on her YouTube channel.

“You can give it in portions for good behavior, for example. The Internet must be learned to use. You have to grow to him, it must be earned,” Dugin said.

He also spoke about the failures in the work of Telegram. Dugin said that after the beginning of the “jamming” of the messenger, people began to go out.

“As soon as Telegram began to jam, people are already walking and shouting something, someone is already whistling at the country there or in the city. And it reminded me of a normal life, when people lived, lived on the street, lived with each other with communication,” he said.

Dugin also cited an example of correspondence in chat rooms inside one house. According to him, people have already reached the point that they wrote to each other from different parts of their own home, instead of meeting and discussing important issues in person.

The philosopher said that when they move into the virtual world, people “depart themselves”. He added that while the weather is good, “from spring to autumn”, you can live “such a complete real life”.
