EXPLOITING USERS: They heavily advertised the site to lure in innocent users. Once users deposited their hard-earned money, these "owners" uploaded trash/shit CCs and fake data. They cashed out the deposits and left the users with nothing.

ROBBING THE SELLERS: It’s not just me—they didn't pay a single cent to the sellers on the platform. They took the sales revenue, pocketed 100% of it, and ghosted the people providing the service.

THE "DEVELOPER" SCAPEGOAT: Now that they’ve milked the site and the community is getting suspicious, they are trying to blame ME (the developer). They are calling me a "scammer" to distract everyone from the fact that they just pulled a one-month exit scam.

THE LOGIC: They made a fortune from deposits and sales, yet they claim they "can't pay" the $500 developer fee? They are financial vultures.

@Liveson15 is a certified scammer who hammed us saying he manually coded our site and not giving our database and domain back. He wants us to pay 500$ for his shit buggy site.First we said we gonna give 13% to dev who gonna dev our site manually and protect us from data breach. This fake dev used 25$ ai to create our site thats full of hella bugs and our site got breached twice .we wanted to end the deal with him but he aint agreeing on it. Now he forcing us to pay more.. Please dont deal with him..!

Final Arbitration Award.

The developer delivered a working system, but with confirmed technical issues affecting quality and stability.
The client made a partial payment (~$190), but there was no clear agreement regarding the total amount or terms.
Given the lack of a formal contract and the presence of technical flaws, the developer is not entitled to the full amount claimed.
At the same time, the work was not free and should be fairly compensated.

Final Award:

* The total compensation amount must be limited to a reasonable range (approximately $250).
* The compensation amount will be temporarily withheld by the arbitrator until the store is fully transferred.
* Any affiliate agreement is considered null and void.
* Upon payment, all access (domain, server, database, source code) must be immediately transferred to the owner.

Enforcement:

If either party refuses to comply with this decision:
* If the developer refuses to deliver the project after receiving payment, they will be blacklisted for asset retention.
* If the client refuses to make the agreed-upon payment, they will be blacklisted for non-payment.

Failure to comply with the arbitration decision will be considered a violation of the platform rules.
