ALOT OF YOL ARE LYING!! i made a purchase 3/17/2026. i brought a dumb. the dump only came with one track. i summited a ticket on 3/17/2026 and 3/18/2026 about the issue. I STATED THE DUMP ONLY CAME WITH ONE TRACK-( AS WE ALL KNOW U CANT WRITE A DUMP WITH ONE TRACK) I asked if they could send me track one or return my funds so i can purchase a new dump... it is 4/19/2026 A WHOLE MONTH AND 2 DAYS LATER AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED......... i decided to go over the website and i notice they had a telegram-( ALSO NOTE THAT ONCE U CLICK THE LINK TO TELEGRAM IT SAY THAT "TELEGRAM IS NOT FOR SUPPORT) i type RETROSWIPS in on telegram and they had a bot support ( which was actually a human) i told them about me ordering from the site and the problems that i have.... RETROSWIP CUSTOMER SUPPORT INFORM ME THAT THERE SITE WAS UNDER ATTACK AND ALSO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL RESPOND ME TO MY ORIGINAL TICKET SOON ON THE SITE SOON- THEN they proceeded to tell me to BUY ITEMS IN BULK ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BOT_____ I STATED WHY WOULD I BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM YOU WHEN YOU HAVEN'T GIVING ME THE FIRST THING I ORDERED FROM YOU.........SCAM PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

We dont have telegram support, only telegram admin but we never share that, its only for sellers/admins contacts, not for you customers, thats why you got support on site, to avoid telegram, and things that are covered in our terms&conditions are obviously not answered to you all through tickets, btw we sell track2 and track2+pin on dumps market, not track1 mostly, if you do not even read before buying its your fault not ours, be careful of scammers and dont be silly, if we have not even promote a support via telegram why you will follow what they say? lol
