A working method to get a refund for any item on Zalando with a probability of 80% (this percentage may change, which I will discuss below).

1) You place an order consisting of 6-7 items with a total value of no more than 250-300 euros. When placing an order, you must make sure that you unchecked the box "Zalando allows splitting the delivery into partial lots", otherwise your order will arrive in several parcels and at different times.

2) Wait a few days and when you receive the parcel, you can start processing the refund by contacting Zalando support, preferably by phone (if you are confident) or by email. The probability of getting a refund by phone is higher (about 80%), and by email - lower (about 70%).

3) In case of a successful refund, you will be refunded within a few days using the same payment method that you used to purchase the item.

Here are 3 methods you can use:

- Partial refund (safe)

This method is the safest, because Zalando cannot file a report on what actually happened to the parcel. In short, when you receive the parcel, you call or write to customer service and report that some items are missing. If you bought 6 items, you can say that 3 items are in the parcel and 3 are not. If you bought 7 items, you can say that 4 items are in the parcel and 3 are not. This method works best, even though you may have to pay for the items that were supposedly missing, so to get the maximum profit, add 3-4 THIRD items (e.g. less than 50 euros) and 4-3 SIXTH items (more than 50 euros). This way, you will only pay for the cheap items and get a refund for the more expensive ones.

- Empty package

This method is less secure than the previous one, but it allows you to get a refund for all the items you purchased. When calling or emailing customer service, you just need to say that the package was empty and did not contain any items. They will usually ask if the package has been tampered with (for example, if the courier opened it and took items from it), and you can answer yes or no depending on how sure you are.

- DNA (Did Not Arrive) (Not Secure)

This method is very dangerous and will result in the same thing as the Empty Package method, so you should use this method first. In short, you call or email customer service 1-2 days after receiving the package and say that the package has not arrived and that you are still waiting for it to arrive. This is dangerous because Zalando tracks its packages and knows exactly when they leave the warehouse and when they are delivered. If you use this method, make sure that no one signs for you, and do so with a fake signature at the same time as the package is delivered.
