1. install the software (if you got this from me the file is included)

2. copy ready-api-ui-3.40.1.jar to bin folder (C:\Program Files\SmartBear\ReadyAPI-3.40.1\bin\)
3. copy other jars to lib folder (C:\Program Files\SmartBear\ReadyAPI-3.40.1\lib\)
4. md %USERPROFILE%\.readyapi\
