Officers of the FSB of Russia in the Rostov Region documented and suppressed the activities of an employee of the federal telecom operator involved in the illegal copying of subscribers' details with the subsequent sale of computer information protected by law to third parties.
It was established that since the beginning of her employment in 2022 as an employee of the call center of a mobile operator in the Rostov region, Alexandra Raklevichius, for a monetary fee, transferred billing and other information about subscribers to third parties.
The Novoshakhtinsk City Court of the Rostov Region found Raklevichius guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 138 of the Criminal Code of Russia "Violation of the secrecy of correspondence, telephone conversations, postal, telegraph or other messages". She was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 1 year suspended.
The court decision has entered into force.
