We'll begin our training by examining the PayPal payment system, its general information, and terminology.

First, let's talk about security. First, forget everything you've seen in Telegram articles about anonymity. We've all seen articles about how you need a second-hand laptop, a USB modem for a second-hand SIM card, and other such nonsense. All these articles are written for those who scam people on platforms like VK and Avito, that is, defrauding citizens of the Russian Federation and the CIS, which can actually lead to jail time. We don't do that. To be wanted by local law enforcement, you need to file a report with the Russian police department or a similar department in your country. A citizen of Germany or the United States cannot do this. For peace of mind, use a VPN on your machine, and it's best to have friends, acquaintances, or schoolchildren pick up packages for 200 rubles per package, which you can find on Avito through an ad. Be smart—none of my friends have ever had any problems, and no one will come looking for you anyway. If you're paranoid, then go ahead, that's your business. Pick a random article on anonymity and do everything it says.

A few terms for those just starting out on this thorny path:
PP, stick, PayPal – PayPal's payment system.
CC – Credit Card.
BA – Bank Account.
CH – Card Holder, i.e., the owner of the card or account.
Dedicated Server, remote access to someone else's computer.
e-Gift – an electronic gift card of various denominations, sent by email, which can then be used to pay for goods.
SOCKS proxy - the "port" through which we change our IP and, consequently, our geolocation.
billing address - billing address.
shipping address - delivery address.
Antifraud - a fraud protection system that uses a huge number of factors and their combination.
full info - all cardholder data.
Full info example: karon hunter|SSN: 440-85-8766|DOB: 3/8/1973|DL: 1403432931|DL State: nv|Address: 4727 Sweeping Glen St|City: Las Vegas|State: nv|ZIP: 89129|Phone: 7024671576|Email: [email protected]

SSN - Social Security Number. Assigned to every American, a kind of identification number.

DOB - month, day, year of birth of the holder. Usually in the format MM/DD/YY.

DL/Driver's License - driver's license number.

ZIP (PLZ - German) - foreign equivalent of our postcode.

Most often, a full card is needed for PayPal Self-Registration registration; more on that later.

Drop - a person who will accept a package in a Khmer or Russian Federation country.

Buyer - a person who provides drop shipping services and buys the goods you send them. Scoops usually give you an address and recommendations for the product they need, but you can always negotiate with them for your own product. Each scoop has different working conditions. On average, scoops pay between 20% and 50% of the product; working for a scoop is one of the fastest ways to earn money.

A broker is a service for housewives who like to order clothes and other junk for themselves and their children at sales in Europe. Since most European stores don't ship to Russia and the CIS, they use a broker. Ideally, it's just a warehouse that accepts parcels in your name, combines them into one large parcel, and ships it to your country.

We'll focus on the latter now.

We need a broker to ship parcels to our home country; we'll pay for the broker's services out of pocket.

On average, delivery costs 1,000 rubles per kg.
Brokers are always a problem because they're a form of credit card sales; they constantly block accounts and demand documents. Therefore, it's better to have several accounts or a couple of brokers, for example, working in Germany and England. Then, if one blocks, the other will send you the parcel. Simply put, don't put all your eggs in one basket.
If they ask for parcel documents, bank statements, and so on, don't bother. They probably won't unblock your account; just forget about it.

Documents are usually requested after the parcels are consolidated. If you were given an invoice for payment, everything is fine.

Never include the intermediary's phone number when entering the payment details. This prevents the store or the holder from calling the intermediary and blocking you if you're caught. I either delete one digit or simply don't include the number.

Don't accumulate very large packages on one intermediary account. If you load it with $1,000-$2,000, they'll likely ask for proof of payment. A Russian bank statement usually costs about 800 rubles. You can try to unblock it, but I couldn't. They'll simply say yes, they received the documents, but they won't work with you and won't hand over the parcels.

When shipping through an intermediary, don't forget about customs duties. For Russia, these are 1,000 euros and 31 kg. If any of these limits are exceeded, you'll have to pay 30% of the excess. For Ukraine and other countries, check Google.

Germany:
www.borderlinx.com - the company is Indian-owned and does not ship to Ukraine. Warehouse in Germany.
Pros:
No documents required.
Registration.

You can register under any name and any number of accounts, then add your delivery address and name to your address book and send to it.

Blocks are rare.

Registering with different IP addresses and different passwords for your accounts applies to all intermediaries, so it's best not to access your IP address using a VPN.

Payment by Qiwi. It's recommended to pay with VCC Qiwi, as after paying with Qiwi, the package sometimes simply disappears from your personal account, requiring you to contact support.

Achievements:

No parcel consolidation within Germany.

They take a long time to process, often using links, and you have to contact support and spend a lot of time arguing with them, so don't be surprised.

Parcels arrive in your personal account within 2-4 days.

When registering, please indicate your country of destination for future shipments.

Address of the intermediary:

Street (Strabe): Cargo City South or Cargo City Sud (South is Sud in German)

House Number: 579A

City (ORT): Frankfurt

Postal Code (Zip Code): 60549

And in the empty space, enter the box next to the name in your account: 1233-1234. This could be the line with the company name, address 2, or Adresszusatz. If there aren't any, enter it before the street name on the same line.

Packaging will be shipped on Thursday, payment is recommended on Tuesday. Delivery within Russia is by Russian Post, not courier.

Registration is not required. Just take your address on the website, enter your name, and their documents are processed. Once you've provided the tracking number, go to the website and register the parcel. All parcels received under this name don't need to be registered; they are added automatically. Once you've collected the required number of parcels and sent them to support, for example: I said parcels #1343 and #2131 in one, you'll be invoiced for payment upon shipment.

Pros:
Efficiency.
Parcel consolidation is available.
You continue to receive notification of your parcel's receipt on the day it's delivered through an intermediary.
Delivery within Russia: 14 days +/-
Up to some in Ukraine
Achievements:
A passport with a residence permit is required to send a parcel. Preferably to a drop in your city.
There is no personal account; all parcel handling is handled exclusively through email support.
A PayPal account with the passport information you provided is required to pay for intermediary services. You will also need to use these details to receive your parcel.
Since I work in Germany, I use the two intermediaries listed above.
