Cyber police officers in Chernihiv exposed a couple of roommates for stealing other people's money from ATMs. Attackers attached special pads to ATMs that impeded the issuance of cash (the so-called "cash trapping"). Law enforcers found that the roommates came from the capital to Chernigov, where special plates were placed on local ATMs. Then they waited for someone to use the ATM to withdraw cash.
