Status Update: Local → Premium, new subscription model
TL;DR: The Local status has been removed. Everyone who had Local has been upgraded to Premium (lifetime).
All users who previously bought Premium keep it lifetime. For new members, Premium is now a $19.00/month subscription with more features.

- Local removed from the system.
- All former Local users have been granted Premium (lifetime) automatically.

- Special PREMIUM banner under the nickname
