Doxbin Platform Potentially CompromisedThe well-known doxing platform Doxbin has reportedly been compromised by a group of adversaries. According to Vx-underground, a collective known as Tooda managed to gain administrator privileges on the site. This action was allegedly taken in retaliation for what they deemed to be false accusations of pedophilia against one of their members.
As a result of the attack, all user accounts on Doxbin were deleted, and former administrators of the platform were locked out. Additionally, Tooda claims to have obtained a database containing over 130,000 login credentials and email addresses of users.
Another major revelation was the publication of a list of individuals who allegedly paid to prevent their personal information from being exposed on the site. To support their claims, members of Tooda released screenshots showing that they had indeed gained access to Doxbin’s admin panel.
However, shortly after, cybersecurity researchers from Vx-underground received an anonymous message from a user going by the alias PunchMadeHacks. According to him, Doxbin wasn’t technically hacked in the traditional sense. Instead, Tooda simply obtained login credentials from one of the administrators but lacked direct access to the platform’s backend.
In his message, PunchMadeHacks also shed light on the background of the conflict and took the opportunity to mock Vx-underground, calling them "clowns" for failing to fully understand the depth of the s
