• https://www.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-tools/sophos-utm-essential-firewall.aspx - great firewall although some free limitations
• https://www.untangle.com/get-untangle/

The vSRX option from Juniper I have heard is great, especially running with VMware. I may give this a try within Hyper-V to see how things work.
