I bought logs from Cypher.
After sending money, he said the money has not reflected, so he will send logs tomorrow when he resumes work.
The next day came, and at 2 am, my time, which I guess is daytime in Moscow, he posted the logs when he came online.

When I woke up in the morning, and I checked the logs, I realized the balance was already wiped out in the log.
I reported to Cypher, and he said he had 30 mins warranty.
I do not think the 30-minute warranty should apply when you send a product to a client who is offline.
Also, he could check the time i recieved downloaded the link he sent me, and when I reported, that will be under 30 mins. But he refuse to refund me.

From the transaction history on the account, the money in my account was not spent within the 4 hours I was offline, It was spent days prior to when the account was delivered to me

Only on May 5 did the account owner make a purchase, leaving $200 on the balance.

This means that at the moment of delivery, and at the time when the buyer read our message, the balance was $1,000. Yes, it was not $1,500, but it was certainly not an “empty” account. In cases where the balance drops by such a percentage, we have a policy of providing a partial refund (discount), which we credit back to the user’s balance.

в начале видео мы видим счет 5553, он его пролистывает, после чего переходит на тот же самый счет 5553, создавая иллюзию того, что показал нам два счета

счета имеют разный баланс и соответственно разную историю транзакций

на этом видео и скриншотах которые мы присылали ранее прекрасно видно, что на момент выдачи аккаунта и момент когда он прочитал сообщение с товаром, баланс был на аккаунте

If account number 1148 had over $1000
and account number 5553 have $1300+

Why did you advertise and sell this account as just a $1,500 balance?
