More than 5,000 fake websites and 1,300 counterfeit apps are already among the top threats.
Users include banks, retailers, and the public sector.
"When a company detects a phishing resource, it can promptly initiate blocking and notify the public – thus protecting clients' money and its own reputation," explained Sergey Lebed, Vice President of Cybersecurity at Sberbank.
Against the backdrop of 16 billion leaked passwords, this is one of the most timely announcements at the SPIEF.
