3DS Enroll Cashout via Amazon + Enroll BINs for 2024
Hello everyone. Today, I’ll share something I haven’t seen anywhere else: how to turn a regular roll into a 3DS mat, then drain the full balance on Amazon and get 80% of it. Consider this as food for thought, not a working method to immediately replicate. I tested this personally four months ago—the results are at the bottom. This material is entirely original.
1. The Basics. What is Enroll? Usage. How is it done? What platforms exist?
General:
Enroll is a credit/debit card with access to an online platform that allows you to:
a) Check the current balance on the card (available credit)
b) Enable/disable alerts (notifications about transactions)
Usage:
There are many ways to use it. You can use it like a regular CC, use NFC to hit apps, or come up with something as elaborate as my method. Remember, you have an excellent advantage over regular CCs: you know the balance, are 100% confident in the correct AVS, can set it up yourself, and disable alerts!
Process:
It’s a simple process: buy a card that you know can be enrolled. Then, break down the cardholder’s details for the required information (usually billing, SSN, DOB, MMN). Register on the platform using these details, and voila—you’ve enrolled your card. BINs can be found in open sources, so it shouldn’t be too hard. Buying the card may be trickier since the demand for rolls is high, and services for selling them are constantly on the hunt, sweeping them from all the known shops!
Platforms:
Fdecs
For absolute beginners, 3D-Security is an additional verification during payment. It’s a one-time password (OTP) that must be entered on the payment page to verify the transaction. This is common for EU cards and less so in the U.S., where AVS usually replaces it.
The idea was simple: buy a roll, change the 3DS verification details, and hit my shops.
In theory, this could be done in two ways: directly through the personal account (platform) or by calling the bank.
I started with the second option, but since I made the calls myself, it didn’t work out—they apparently caught onto my accent and told me to get lost.
Giving up on the phone calls, I began searching for a BIN to carry out my idea via the personal account.
Note: I didn’t enroll the cards myself but scoured all the known sellers. I looked for one criterion: the card must support 3DS.
After spending $400–$600 on tests, I finally found the right BIN:
A bank on the Fdecs platform.
Options to change billing address and phone number.
The 3DS looked like this:
Verification via email (ironically, during Enroll, you provide the email, and the 3DS verification uses it to approve transactions).
Verification via phone (complicated and pointless, as email already works).
Summary of Part 1:
We turned a regular roll into a 3DS mat. Now, I’ll show you how to drain the full balance via Amazon!
From experience—and I wasn’t wrong—the best solution was to use referral accounts (self-registered accounts with a good order history).
Change the billing address on the roll to a locker (yes, funny, but that’s exactly what I did), change the email and phone for the 3DS verification, and start hitting.
Here’s the process:
1. Trigger 3DS on checkout.
2. Get the OTP code via email and approve the order.
3. Wait for shipping.
4. The next day, the order is delivered. The drop goes and picks up 3 Macs from the locker.
5. The buyer pays out 80%.
Expenses amounted to just $250 for the purchased roll. Profit: 35x from one roll!
A few more successful orders from that period:
The method has no limits; there’s
always room for improvement. Inventing new methods is still possible! That bank was burned after three months of heavy use, but the profit was significant compared to the costs.
I’m sure there are still BINs out there that allow similar 3DS changes, or you can come up with a new innovative method different from mine! The cashout method via Amazon is still relevant!
