14 U.S. Prosecutors Preparing Lawsuit Against Elon Musk’s Team️ A coalition of attorneys general from 14 U.S. states has announced plans to file a lawsuit against Elon Musk and members of the DOGE team.
According to the prosecutors, Musk and his associates allegedly accessed or attempted to access databases belonging to the Departments of Treasury, Education, and Labor, as well as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Particular concern has been raised regarding DOGE’s activities within the U.S. Treasury, where prosecutors claim Musk’s team has been unlawfully utilizing payment systems that contain state banking details, personal data of citizens, and other confidential informa
tion.
